There is currently a house listed down the block with Terrace Realty for $849,000 in renovated condition (scroll down to the listing ”Meticulously Renovated”) which may give you ideas for renovations that can be done. Our house is in updated move-in condition, which explains the price. Because this is by owner, there is no markup to allow for a broker’s commission. We hope you can take advantage of this.
